VM Properties is the trading name of VM Properties FZ-LLC, a real estate brokerage in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, operating from RAKEZ, Amenity Centre 2, 11th Floor, Office 08, Al Jazeera Al Hamra. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +971 56 676 7757.

Regulatory information

VM Properties FZ-LLC is a free zone company established in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), under commercial licence number 47007641.

Real estate brokerage in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is overseen by the Real Estate Regulatory Administration (RERA) of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. We carry on our brokerage activity subject to the regulations that apply in the Emirate. This is a different authority from Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency, which does not govern property in Ras Al Khaimah.

What this website is

It is a marketing and information website. It describes communities in Ras Al Khaimah, lists properties we are marketing, and gives you ways to get in touch with us.

It is not a portal you can transact on. No property can be reserved, bought or rented through this site, and nothing here is a binding offer.

Our property listings

We take care to describe properties accurately, using information given to us by developers, landlords and sellers. That information can be wrong, and it can change without anyone telling us.

So please treat everything in a listing as indicative rather than final. In particular:

• prices are in UAE dirhams and can change, or be withdrawn, at any time
• a property shown as available may already be under offer
• areas, layouts, handover dates and payment plans are the figures we were given, and are subject to change and to final measurement
• images may include renders, show homes and photography of a similar unit rather than the exact one advertised

Verify before you rely

Before you commit to anything, we will give you the current, verified detail in writing, and you should satisfy yourself of it independently. Do not rely on a web page as the basis of a purchase.

We do not give advice

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Market commentary, yields, growth figures and anything we publish on our blog are general information, not a recommendation, and they are certainly not a promise about what any property will be worth in future.
