We do not set cookies

This website does not set cookies on your device. It does not store anything in your browser between visits, and there is nothing here to opt in or out of, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner when you arrived.

We do not track you

There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heat mapping. We do not know which pages you personally looked at, and we have not built a way to find out.

Our fonts are served from our own servers rather than from Google's, so simply reading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

The one third party

The maps on our property pages are drawn with map tiles from CARTO. When a map loads, your browser fetches those tiles from CARTO directly, which means your IP address reaches them. This is how nearly every map on the web works, and it is the only third-party request this site makes.

If you never open a page with a map on it, that request never happens.

Our servers keep logs

Like any website, ours runs on servers that record technical information about the requests they receive, including IP addresses. That is not a cookie and it is not tracking. It is how the site is kept running and secure, and it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

If this changes

If we ever add something that does set cookies or measure behaviour, we will rewrite this page before we turn it on, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
